Cranston Brecht is an inner west (Leichhardt) Psychotherapist who provides private therapy and counselling to adults in Sydney. He specialises in long-term psychotherapy (Psychodynamic Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy). Cranston is a specialist in dealing with complex cases such as personality disorders and cumulative complex trauma (sustained exposure to toxic environments).
Cranston has been in private practice for over 15 years and is a graduate of ANZAP who specialise in an evidence based treatment for personality disorders and complex cases. He started his career working as a counsellor at South Pacific Private Hospital that gave him grounding in a wide range of presentations- particularly issues surrounding drug and alcohol, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, and borderline personality disorder.
